April 19th Yay! Its National Garlic Day!  Yes I am excited because I love to cook and I love garlic.  If you were to be invited to our home for supper we would hope you liked garlic too.  Because if everyone eats it we can bare the after effects!  Our local farmers grow some of the finest flavourful garlic.  Anticipation for harvest time mounts!!

    One can never have too many aromatics in one’s food is our philosophy! We grow our own and haven’t had to buy any in years. 🙂 And we always triple whatever a recipe calls for (not that hubby follows recipes when he cooks anyway). I’m glad you tackled garlic! I thought about it and just couldn’t do it justice!
