Last evening at our place we partook of Grilled stuffed Pork Tenderloin and fresh local asparagus. I don’t know about you but to me my glass of wine seems a tad small! Thank you Rhonda! You should try it some time. Tenderloin is delicious anytime but stuffing adds even more flavours. 🙂

Do you just use bread stuffing?

You can but this time I use ricotta and asiago cheese, mince garlic, green onions, salt and pepper. A bit messy to cook so truss it up. Also put a meat rub on the outside to make a tasty crust. Lol

Beautiful plate and setting :-). The pork looks perfectly cooked and the asparagus are so elegant. The nice thing about small glasses is you can refill them more often ;-).
