Love this painting Susan, because it brings back many wonderful memories of working in local cherry orchards picking the fruit as a summer job during my youth. First came the sour cherries (I see in your painting) and then sweet cherries. Great memories – awesome painting.

Thank you Jodi. I just mixed several colors of red, left some white patches and used some white water colour to highlight a bit more. Honestly Jodi I am playing with watercolor. This was done quickly on our boat this morning and I only have a small set of koi watercolors to use while on board.
