It’s draw a bird time again so why not make it a watercolor for #worldwatercolormonth? Another scene from our aft deck too. I believe these two are Grebes. We have seen Mergansers doing this so to see this and usually elusive grebes was awesome. The little guy looks to be really enjoying the ride. From my phone again! Enjoy your weekend.

Wonderful!!! Such a lovely drawing and how lucky that you saw a “Greby back ride”. So cute! I have yet to see one up close. I think there is a wee one on the back of a Western Grebe in a photo I took last week. But the grebe is about 500 meters away so it is hard to tell for sure.
