#WorldWatercolorMonth July 29 “Dragonfly”

IMG_20160727_142027#WorldWatercolorMonth July 29 “Dragonfly”  We are expecting company this weekend so I had to keep this one quick and easy.  I cut out a 4″ x 6″ piece of paper from my Strathmore Watercolor 140lb cold press paper pad and made this into a frame-able postcard.

#WorldWatercolorMonth “Dragonfly” original art by Susan Feniak. Holbein Artists’ water color on Strathmore paper.  I used my Faber Castell PITT artist pen to do the wings.

Look at those beautiful wings! I haven’t seen one in a long time either. I used to try (unsuccessfully) to catch them as a child. (K)
