I don’t know about you but I need a view while working at my sink. I whipped this painting up to enjoy over the holidays. It’s sure to make cleaning up a pleasanter task. Artist Susan Feniak. Love your idea of downsizing and retirement planning – while no window at the sink, your artwork is going to offer you pleasure many times over. This sweet painting says hello to that special winter season, I just love it. Happy to see you again Susan!

What a great idea! I do remember childhood houses with sinks by windows, but I’ve never had one in an apartment. Just a kitchen with a window at all is a luxury! This painting will definitely make doing dishes easier. (K)

Thank you Kerfe. Guess I have been spoiled with views from my kitchen. A luxury I am sure. I plan on switching out the paintings to suit the seasons or my whim.

It’s so cheerful! I hope it gives the view you need while doing dishes. I like my window too, but I don’t have a great view. I can see the hills if I shift to the right a bit. 🙂
Our new house that we will be retiring to has a wonderful view. I can not wait to move!

Yes Deborah that is my plan. Switch out my view on a whim. No doubt there will be more fun, just for me, paintings in the coming months.

Lucky you. I do miss the views I have enjoyed over the years. But this place was all about downsizing and affordability. Retirement planning.😉😊

We’re in the same mode. Although the house is slightly bigger in square footage, it’s only a 3/2 and there’s not much of a backyard or front yard to care for so, maintenance wise it’s downsizing. 🙂
