Autumn? All ready?

It seems like yesterday I was planning days around sunshine and warmth. Swimming and boating. Lazy days relaxing by the lake. Now here I am planning how, where and when to put our summer toys away for another season. Pack up our belongings and winterize. Prepare for the cold snowy days and nights of Winter. Because that is what comes after Autumn. No wonder I don’t care for Autumn. It signals what is to come. Good thing there is a bright side. I love autumnal colors.

We had our last taste of Summer this weekend, 15C today and it looks like fall is really starting to kick in around here!!

The leaves are changing here. It seems to have rained everyday since the first few days of September. 9C this morning. But has since warmed to 19C. Hey it is Canada.
