At Last

Finished my first painting of 2021. “At Last” is our houseboat sitting pretty at Robert’s Bay on beautiful Shuswap Lake. I took the reference photo late last summer. It was an idyllic calm morning. Barely a ripple on the lakes surface. Perfect for reflections. I had fun re-creating those reflections. These days our girl is waiting for the sunny warm days to return and so are we. I am keeping this painting. It will hang in our land home to remind us of those sun and fun filled days of the past and to look forward to in the future. Artist Susan Feniak. Acrylic on 18″ x 24″ gallery canvas. FYI If you would like a painting of your boat, I do commissions.
