Here are just a few of the summery paintings that I have available. All of these are acrylic on canvas. If you are interested in purchasing my art please email sfeniakart@gmail.com Remember, I have many more paintings to choose from. My art is all original, I do not make prints.

I hope Paw-Lah brings a smile to your day.

New smallish seascape…

A new smallish seascape drying on my easel. It’s acrylic on an 11″ x 14″ gallery canvas. The sea continues to inspire me and probably always will.

Artist Susan Feniak. Golden Artist Acrylics on canvas. šŸ”“ SOLD Thank you.

Seaside Idyll

Seaside Idyll is the tentative title for my latest painting. The photos are of my process and progress for the painting. For my inspiration I used an image taken by a friend of mine. Unfortunately she can’t remember where she took the shot. I do know it was taken somewhere in the pacific north west. Possibly a view from an area around or near Vancouver BC looking towards Vancouver Island in the distance or vice-versa. Regardless I found it an interesting view. When I spotted the 12″ x 36″ canvas I knew exactly what I wanted to do with it. FYI This particular size of canvas is very difficult to get a good photo of!

Artist Susan Feniak. Golden Artist Acrylics on a 12″ x 36″ gallery canvas. Asking $250 plus shipping. If you are interested in this painting or any of my other pieces please email sfeniakart@gmail.com Thank you.

šŸ”“ SOLD
šŸ”“ SOLD

After painting several larger pieces I decided it was time to create some smaller works.

The chickadees are acrylic on a 6″ x 16″ gallery canvas and has already sold. So much for building my smalls inventory. But appreciate the sell. Many thanks to the purchaser

The dog is from my imagination and I decided he suited being called Alfred. He is acrylic on a 8″ x 8″ gallery canvas and is available for sale asking $35. Plus shipping.

Both pieces were created with love by me, Susan Feniak. Happy Valentines Day to all.

My oh my! Finished

šŸ”“ My oh my!

“My oh my!” My Iris painting is finished. It was a challenge with a few revisions and many hours spent at my easel. The reward? Well the painting itself of course and before I could finish it, it sold! Its always so reassuring to have someone love your creation enough to hang it in their personal space. See me smile? Thank you to the purchaser. I know “My oh my!” is going to a very good home.

Artist Susan Feniak. Golden Artist Acrylics on a 20″ x 20″ gallery canvas. Because it has sold I can now buy more art supplies to do more art.

Happy 2022!!

As we start a new year I would like to take a moment to thank everyone that supported me in my artistic endeavors during 2021. A special thank you to my peers. Becoming an active member of The Federation of Canadian Artists was the highlight of my year.

I am looking forward to 2022, optimistically and positively. Since I am now officially retired I will now have more time for art, blogging and social media. Look out!

Happy New Year! My very best wishes to you for a healthy, happy and creative 2022. Cheers Susan Feniak

Slow going work in progress… Where is time going?

I started this painting ages ago, perhaps a month has gone by. The Christmas card assembly line has taken over my art space and my paying job has sucked up my time. I haven’t managed to get back to this painting to finish it. Between one thing and another there just hasn’t been enough hours in my days. Since I am looking forward to retiring soon I will have more time. Maybe then this painting will finally get my attention. Looking forward to it. Cheers Susan Feniak.

Progress report…

I have another painting started on my easel. Barely started. But here are a few progress photos. I have been doing so many floral creations lately that I decided it was time for a change. Cheers Susan Feniak. Acrylic on a 24″ x 24″ gallery canvas.

Anfractuous

“Anfractuous”

“Anfractuous”. Truly a labor of love, this painting is complete and drying on my easel. If you look up the meaning of the word anfractuous, you will understand why I gave this painting that name. I hope you like it. Cheers Susan Feniak.
