Look what’s coming to life on my easel! “Skye”. A highlander and a homage to my ancestral home, Scotland.
Remember this is a work in progress. I am still wondering if I should paint some flowers and greens strewn in Skye’s hair and horns. Or keep it simple and quaint. Almost as is….
Regardless it feels good to spend time at my easel. It’s been since before Christmas.
I will keep you updated when completed. In the meantime I hope everyone had a good Easter weekend.

Hi Susan, the “skye’s” the limit, right?! I think it needs some flowers on its crown. Wonderful to see your artwork! I need to get back on Facebook.

Hi Jill, good to hear from you. I decided not to add flowers. I haven’t gotten around to posting Skye here yet. As for Facebook it’s not the same. So many adds. Kind of a waste of time but I haven’t given up hope yet. I do hope everything is tickety-boo with you. Lake time soon.
