I am thrilled and beyond excited to say that two of my paintings have SOLD at the 38th Annual Summer Arts and Crafts Show being held at the Red Barn in Sicamous this weekend. The show isn’t over yet. It is open until Tuesday at 6 p.m. so it isn’t too late to go check out all the beautiful art. My thanks go out to all the folks of the Eagle Valley Brush and Palette Club who have spent many hours working, baking and volunteering at the show.

A very appealing work with great nostalgic effect. How i wish to paint a bicycle with basket like you did so well. These bicycles with baskets have vanished from streets in cities in my part of world.

That is too bad. One doesn’t see bikes with baskets here that often anymore either. Everyone is always in too big a hurry. A painting of an era past.

Aww, that is nice to know. Thank you Kerfe. I might just have to paint another bike one day. As a child I had a red bike that I really liked so maybe my next bike painting will be of it.
