Progress! As you may know I was on hiatus in Mexico for a month. We returned safely a while back but as you also know things have gone sideways in this old world of ours.
Between getting caught up with work (I work from home) and other commitments there has been precious little time for art and getting caught up with it. I started this painting before we went away. By the time I got back to playing with it I couldn’t remember my original plan. Whether that is my age or these challenging times I don’t know. This is what I am doing with what I started. If all else fails add a nest and some birdies and carry on from there. This is me and my art.
I hope all of you are okay. Please stay healthy and be safe. We can get through this crisis with our art.

Other things have been causing distractions. Not only work but I have also upgraded my WordPress blog and created my own domain. Perhaps I have been influenced by all the paintings of Fox’s I have seen of late or maybe I wanted to try something different. I am not sure. But whatever the inspiration may be here is my latest watercolor piece still in progress. I rarely post a painting until I consider it done. Maybe just maybe I am happy with this one thus far.
