Sunflower

The power was out for around six hours today. What does a girl do other then try to stay warm? She creates.

New and SOLD

My first version of this painting was much smaller. Approximately 3″ x 5″. Someone asked me if I could make it a bigger size. So that is what I did. At 14″ x 18″ it is one of the biggest watercolor and ink paintings that I have done. QoR watercolor and ink on Arches paper. Artist Susan Feniak.

Two more SOLD

SOLD! Daisy Fresh and My Old Pond are both on their way to Medicine Hat AB. Thank you to the new owner. I hope the paintings give a lot of pleasure in the years to come. As always I am very pleased to have my art hanging in another home. Cheers Susan

Day 25 World Watercolor Month

Day 25 World Watercolor Month. The prompt Shades of Pink or was that Pink Shades?

Day 19 World Watercolor Month

Day 19 SOLD World Watercolor Month and the prompt Splashes of Color was nothing but fun for this colour loving gal. The splashing part was even more enjoyable. Considering me and my usual style this is a loosely done painting.

Day 12 World Watercolor Month

Day 12 World Watercolor Month. The prompt today was Blossoming. I would say this pot of plants and flowers is blossoming. Happy Friday!
