Greeting Card

Another greeting card I have at Gallery One Fifty in Sicamous. My cards have been popular this summer. Fun and easy for me to do but not profitable. That’s okay because if you get one and you like it my contact info is on every card. If one were to ask I would say it’s good advertising. Besides I get to flex my imagination and create whatever that comes up with.

Noisy Nest Sold

Noisy Nest went to a new home earlier this month. I lent it to a friend several months ago to hang in her home for awhile. My friend sold it. This tells me that perhaps I should lend out more of my paintings to friends to hang in their homes. They just might sale them for me. Thank you to my friend and thank you to the new owner of Noisy Nest. I am assured the owner loves it. Bonus.

SOLD Mara Morning

SOLD My painting “Mara Morning” at Gallery One Fifty in Sicamous. Thank you to the new owners. I am pleased it found a new home and hope you enjoy it for years to come. It’s always reassuring to learn that someone likes what you put on canvas enough to hang it on their wall in their own home. Mara Morning is the view I get to enjoy every day during the summer. It’s a part of me and who I am. Cheers Susan Feniak

Here is some of my art on display and for sale at Gallery One Fifty in Sicamous. The gallery is at The Red Barn on Riverside Ave. Open daily from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. If you want to meet me I host almost every Sunday. Hope to see you there. Cheers Susan Feniak

“Albert”

Meet Albert. He is one of many cards I have made these past two days while hosting at Gallery One Fifty in Sicamous. There have been visitors which is a good thing. It’s nice to meet so many people from so many different places. Now it’s time sale one of my paintings. Wouldn’t that be nice?

“Misty Morning”

Misty Morning is my newest acrylic painting. Now available at Gallery One Fifty on Riverside Ave in Sicamous. Funny how this painting started out to be a completely different subject matter and ended up being a Heron hiding in tall weeds and grasses on a misty morning. Guess the birch trees I planned on doing will show up in my next painting. Hope everyone is having a great summer. Cheers Susan. Acrylic on 20″×20″ box canvas. Painted on all sides no frame needed. $250.00

Day 14 World Watercolor Month

Day 14 World Watercolor Month. Today’s prompt Furry Thing. Why not a dancing doggy? His balloon and friend wriggles the worm wished someone I know a happy birthday.

Day 11 World Watercolor Month

Day 11 World Watercolor Month. The prompt Simple Pleasures had my mind whirring away all over again. It doesn’t take much. Anyway I settled on snorkeling simply because it’s one of my favorite things to do. In actuality it isn’t very simple. Mainly because my ultimate place to go snorkeling is the Caribbean which is thousands of miles away from where I live. Sigh.

Why me?

Why me? SOLD That’s what this dog is most likely thinking. Did you as a child ever play dress up with your pet? I remember putting clothes on our black lab, Pal and later a mutt we called Snoopy. Funny how at the time they seemed to play along. Artist Susan Feniak. QoR watercolor and ink on Fabriano paper. This one is matted and will be available at Gallery One Fifty in Sicamous when it opens.
