“Seaside Moment”. I think that will be the name of my latest painting. I don’t as a rule paint people or children. I decided to challenge myself and tackle my nemesis. Work in progress on my easel. It’s waiting for me to finish. After several beautiful sun filled days yesterday we had clouds with showers. It was an art attack kind of day. I am never sure if I should share my works in progress. Being self taught my progress could seem very wrong to the experts. But it works for me. Artist Susan Feniak. My first painting of 2020. As yet untitled. Perhaps you can help me name it. Which one do you like “Skiffs at Low Tide” or “High and Dry”? I am keeping this one for now. Has my art been discovered? I ask this question because in the last two days eight of my paintings have SOLD. I am beyond thrilled my art is finding forever homes. I am grateful and thankful to the ladies that spent the time to search my website, ask me questions, select the pieces they like best and then make their purchases. The process is time consuming. One can only hope rewarding for all concerned. Now it is up to me to make sure the same ladies are happy with their purchases and that my art gets to it’s new homes in one piece. Thank you.

Hermit Bay. My latest painting. I need to come up with a name for this one yet. This was the view from our kitchen window on our houseboat last week while beached at Hermit Bay on Shuswap Lake.
