I have been swamped with work related duties since the new year began. In need of some fun and brightness I painted these crocus’s. My brother gave me a lovely box of Hahnemuhle postcards for Christmas. The postcards and other art supplies that both my siblings gave me are going to be very much enjoyed.

It was suggested that the waves were weak on the right so I improved them. I redefined the sky and added more birds for more interest. I think the lighting is improved on the sky, land and water near the land. Although she will most likely never see my efforts I would hope it holds her interest for longer the a few seconds.
