Drying on my easel, “Sail Away”. I took a bit of a break after World Watercolor Month and a very busy July. Of a sudden yesterday I had the urge to put palette knife, brush and paint to canvas. Oh joy! Artist Susan Feniak. Golden Artist Acrylics and heavy gel gloss on a 20″ x 20″ canvas. There is a lot of texture in this one. And it was a lot of fun, I even used a credit card to spread and smear the paint. A true escape from the trial and tribulations this past few weeks have thrown at us. Let me know what you think. Still available, my art on the dock. You can still see my art at Three Buoys Marina in Sicamous. It’s in the store/gas shack and on our boat right next door. These are just a few pieces available. Despite all that has been going on around here I managed to create 31 hand painted, one of a kind, greeting cards in 31 days.
